Senior Manager – Supply Chain Finance (NBFC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) portfolio, including vendor and dealer financing, invoice discounting, and bill discounting

- Identify, onboard, and manage corporate anchors and their supply chains

- Structure and execute end-to-end SCF programs tailored to client requirements

- Conduct financial and credit analysis to assess risk and determine appropriate credit limits

- Collaborate with risk, legal, operations, and compliance teams for smooth execution

- Develop strategic relationships with corporates, dealers, and suppliers

- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquencies, and take corrective actions

- Drive digital onboarding and process automation initiatives

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy guidelines





- Prepare MIS and provide market intelligence on competitor products and trends

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or related qualification preferred

- 5–10 years of experience in SCF or working capital finance, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or fintechs

- Strong understanding of SCF products like invoice discounting, factoring, and dealer/vendor financing

- Proven experience in credit underwriting, client acquisition, and portfolio management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and digital finance platforms/tools
