Role Overview:

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining course offerings, and encouraging walk-ins for counseling sessions. The role demands strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from our leads database
- Explain our training courses and career opportunities in aviation and hospitality
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins and assist with admissions
- Follow up regularly and maintain proper call logs using CRM tools
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Key Requirements:

- Valuable communication in English & Hindi(regional language is a plus)
- Confident, polite phone manner with a persuasive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Graduates preferred; freshers with good communication skills are welcome
