Job Description:

Position: Siebel – BIP Developer
Experience Level: 6-14 years
Location: Pune
Timeframe to Hire: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

- Develop and upgrade OBIEE & ODI solutions (11g/12c).
- Utilize Oracle BI Publisher for development and upgrades.
- Work with Linux and Windows environments.
- Customize OBIEE business layers through RPD modeling.
- Use XML and XSLT for data manipulation.
- Apply strong programming skills in C, C++, Java, PL/SQL, shell scripting, and Python/Perl.
- Set up BRM Integration with BI Publisher for invoicing and generate PDF invoices using pin_inv_doc_gen.
- Design and generate invoices and reports, configure data models, and create various report formats.
- Develop reports using bursting queries and SQL queries.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience with OBIEE & ODI development and upgrades (11g/12c).
- Extensive Oracle BI Publisher knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Linux OS and Windows environments.
- Proficient in RPD modeling and customizing OBIEE business layers.
- Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT.
- Proficient in C, C++, Java, PL/SQL, shell scripting, and Python/Perl.




- Experience in setting up BRM Integration with BI Publisher for invoicing.
- Ability to design and generate invoices and reports using various templates and queries.

Desirable Functional/Technical Skills:

- Domain knowledge in Pre-paid and Post-paid Billing for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data services.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of deploying Billing and Revenue Management on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure.
- Customer-facing skills to lead workshops using Oracle tools, technologies, products, and methodologies.
- Experience with waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or iterative project models.
- Flexibility to work in a DevOps environment.
- Exposure to cloud tools, technologies, and frameworks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-14 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
