Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project execution - ensuring timely and quality delivery at project sites in Jharkhand and Bharuch.
- To adhere to strict quality controls, planning, & Scheduling of project activities.
- Ensure that all the work done is in accordance with the approved commissioning SOP, schematic drawings, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors effectively.
- Maintain inventory records, documentation, and reporting for site activities.
- Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
- Lead and manage the site team,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new renewable energy assets into existing operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the commissioning team.
- Manage commissioning and successful handover of projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience specifically in renewable energy projects.
- Solid knowledge of solar power and clean energy project execution.
- Proven ability in contractor and vendor management, quality control, and safety compliance
