Job Description

The Research role involves creating, reviewing, and refining educational content while conducting research to identify best practices and new business opportunities in the Pre-school space.
This position requires collaboration with the Head of Schools and contributes to developing innovative educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create/Review content (Lesson Plans, worksheet, training content, project related content)
- Provide necessary inputs for deliverables
- Conduct research in school space to identify best practices (procedure, material, technique) and business opportunities
- Co-create project processes, schedule and task-effort norms with the Head of Schools
- Finalize activity and deliverable scope based on discussion with Head of Schools

- SME - subject specific knowledge , understanding of board specific requirements for the subject
- Storyboarding (simulations, scenario based, econtent, App)
- Lesson plan creation (for teacher guidance)
