Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer (Senior Executive) to oversee day-to-day site activities at our residential/township project in Joka, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in civil and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all civil and finishing works at the project site.

• Ensure work progress as per project schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project managers for smooth execution.

• Conduct site surveys and ensure accuracy in measurements and levels.

• Monitor material usage, work quality, and resource allocation.





• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate effectively with management.

• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely work completion.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing activities.

• Experience in residential or township projects is mandatory.

• Good survey knowledge and ability to handle site measurements.

• Excellent leadership, team-handling, and communication skills (written & verbal).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

• Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
