About the Role We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with robust hands-on experience in Indirect Tax Litigation. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of post-articleship experience exclusively in GST and Customs litigation and should be capable of handling matters independently, including drafting, appeals, and representation before authorities and tribunals.

Main Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end GST and Litigation matters independently.

- Draft and review replies to show cause notices, adjudication orders, and departmental communications.

- Prepare and file appeals, stay applications, rectifications, and written submissions.

- Represent matters and coordinate with senior counsels and advocates for hearings.

- Visit the GST Department and other tax authorities for hearings, follow-ups,



and procedural requirements.

- Track hearings, compliance timelines, and maintain litigation MIS.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

- Chartered Accountant (CA) only.

- Minimum 6 years of post-articleship experience exclusively in Indirect Tax Litigation.

- Mandatory strong working knowledge of GST and Customs laws and litigation procedures.

- Ability to handle litigation matters independently.

- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
