Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and 1st, 3rd & 4th Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM. (2nd Saturday and all Sundays are weekly offs.)

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and Tally ERP. This role primarily focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting activities while coordinating with multiple branch offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping: Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Accounting Entries: Pass journal entries, ledger entries, and routine accounting transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation:



Perform timely bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Ensure accurate accounting data entry in Tally ERP.
- Financial Records: Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
- Branch Coordination: Coordinate accounting activities with branch offices located in Delhi and Nagpur.
- Reporting: Assist the reporting manager with routine accounting tasks and financial documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure accounting records are maintained as per company policies and accounting standards.

Who We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or related industry.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory).
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage routine accounting work efficiently.
