About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who specializes in developing engaging content for Instagram and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies while being fluent in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute reels, shorts, stories, posts, and video content.
- Research trends, viral formats, and audience preferences.
- Assist in growing social media profiles and pages organically.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content campaigns.
- Participate in content planning, scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in content creation.
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.
- Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Knowledge of social media growth strategies and community building.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage trends.
