Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Advisors/Sales Associates to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure team KPIs are consistently met.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training to improve team productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with recruitment, training, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and team effectiveness.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.
Foster a high-performance, target-driven, and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
Prior experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, BFSI, or a high-growth B2C sales environment is preferred.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
