? HIRING | VP/ AVP – Institutional SLBM (Securities Lending & Borrowing)

Lead the Institutional Securities Lending Business with one of fastest growing Institutional Brokers .

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the Institutional SLBM Desk catering to AMCs, Insurance Companies, FPIs, AIFs, Banks and other Institutional Clients.

✔ Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Securities Lending & Borrowing (SLBM) business.

✔ Manage the complete SLBM lifecycle including product strategy, business development, exchange connectivity, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

✔ Build and enhance SLBM products, automate processes and improve client experience.

✔ Partner with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations and Technology teams to ensure robust governance and scalable business growth.

✔ Track market opportunities, lending demand, borrowing requirements and revenue generation across institutional portfolios.

Ideal Candidate

✔ 8+ years of experience in Capital Markets, with strong expertise in Institutional SLBM / Securities Lending & Borrowing.





✔ Proven experience handling Institutional Clients including Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, FPIs, PMS, AIFs and Custodians.

✔ Robust understanding of NSE SLBM, BSE SLBM, Clearing Corporations, Depositories, Custody Operations and Regulatory Framework.

✔ Experience in SLBM Product Development, Institutional Business, Market Infrastructure, Exchange Operations and Business Expansion.

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
