Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing quotations, purchase orders, customer communications, order processing, delivery coordination, and documentation. The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, sales, finance, logistics, and vendors to achieve timely order execution and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.

Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments for timely deliveries.

Track order status from order confirmation to delivery completion.

Maintain customer records, sales reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and distributors regarding stock availability and pricing.





Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Support the team in tender, GeM, and enterprise business documentation.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly.

Ensure all sales documents are accurate and properly filed.

Coordinate with service teams for installation, warranty, and after-sales support.

Maintain CRM and ERP data accurately.

Experience:1-2 years

Salary: Rs 25000-30000 per month
