Urbanlion is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Project Designer with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to lead construction documentation for exciting U.S.-based projects.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage comprehensive construction document (CD) sets using Autodesk Revit.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, structural, and consultant disciplines.

- Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, and zoning requirements.

- Translate design intent into practical, buildable construction solutions.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and international stakeholders.

- Conduct quality reviews and implement revisions based on project feedback.

? Qualifications





- Degree in Architecture or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing detailed construction documentation in Revit.

- Strong understanding of U.S. construction methods, materials, and detailing practices.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
