Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the furniture manufacturing and turnkey interior segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, PMCs, and Corporate Clients.
Identify and secure projects in Hotels, Hospitals, Offices, Pharma, Retail, and Commercial sectors.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
Work closely with the design, estimation, production, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project opportunities from lead generation to order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Participate in industry events,



networking activities, and business development initiatives.
Maintain an active database of architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Furniture Manufacturing or Interior Industry.
Strong network of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, and Corporate Clients.
Proven experience in project sales and turnkey interior business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of furniture products, materials, project specifications, and BOQ understanding.
Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities
