- Process Executive – International Voice

- Senior Process Executive – International Voice

? Work Location: Pune & Bangalore (Work from Office)

? Experience: 0 – 5 Years

? Eligibility: Any Full‑Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)

? Shifts: 24x7 Rotational (US shifts / night shifts included)

❌ Postgraduates are not eligible

? Employment: Full‑time

?️ What you’ll do:

- Handle voice support for international customers

- Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism

- Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions

- Follow quality standards and process guidelines

? What we’re looking for:

- Excellent verbal communication (English)

- Customer‑centric attitude and problem‑solving skills





- Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast‑paced environment

? Mandatory documents (Originals + copies):

- Updated resume (printout)

- Any 2 govt photo IDs (PAN/Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport)

- Academic documents: 10th & 12th marksheets, Graduation marksheets (all semesters), CMM, Provisional & Degree certificate
