We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Architect (~5 years of experience) with strong leadership skills to join our team ! In this role, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary design team, drive project narratives from concept to delivery, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities :

- Design Leadership: Create high-quality, concept-driven designs that exceed client expectations and elevate the firm’s reputation.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from detailed drawings and technical specifications to final execution.
- Team Management: Lead multi-disciplinary teams to produce comprehensive drawing packages,



setting clear schedules and budgets.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety standards, manage budgets, and resolve construction issues.
- Client & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and teams, fostering open and transparent communication.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and construction.
- Technical Skills: Robust portfolio showcasing design flair across diverse projects, with proficiency in sketching, graphic illustration, and 3D modeling.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, decision-making, and time-management skills;
ability to stay calm and analytical under pressure.
