Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Video Creator & Editor who can transform long-form video content into engaging, platform-ready short-form content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media trends, and can leverage AI tools to speed up content creation.

You'll play a key role in helping scale content production by editing videos, repurposing existing footage, and creating high-quality assets for social media, marketing, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form videos into multiple engaging short-form content pieces.
- Repurpose existing video footage for distribution across various digital platforms.
- Edit customer testimonials and reviews into compelling marketing and social media content.
- Optimize video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain consistent video quality, branding, pacing, and storytelling.
- Organize and manage video assets efficiently to support ongoing content production.




- Utilize AI-powered video editing tools to improve productivity and content quality.
- Create AI-generated videos, avatars, or digital personas for brand representatives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in video editing and short-form content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices.
- Proficiency with professional video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation and video editing tools.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for engaging visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating AI avatars, digital personas, or AI-generated video content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, captions, and social media optimization.
- Familiarity with content repurposing strategies for marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, assemble, and refine engaging short-form content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, polished, and brand-aligned visuals.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.G., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to create content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for editing, asset generation, and workflow automation is a plus.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and attention to detail, with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvements.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related discipline is beneficial;
a strong portfolio of short-form work is essential.
