Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Executive located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying business opportunities, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research,



and preparing engaging presentations and proposals. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends to the management team.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities
- Experience in preparing compelling presentations and constructing effective proposals
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
