Role: Cluster Manager- Direct Sales

Location: Trivandrum
CTC: up to 9 LPA
Experience: 5+ years in Financial Services / Stock Broking sales with Team Handling

Role Overview:

We are hiring for a leading Financial Services firm for a high-impact Cluster Manager role. This position is performance-driven and suited for aggressive leaders who can build, drive and scale revenue through a team of 3-5 Relationship Managers.

Key Deliverables:

- Own and drive the complete cluster P&L.;

- Lead a team of 4-5 RMs and ensure consistent revenue growth.

- Aggressively drive:

- AUM growth

- Broking revenue

- Cross-sell of investment & wealth products

- Ensure high productivity per RM.

- Monitor closures, pipeline, and daily performance metrics.

- Acquire and manage key/HNI client relationships.

- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and internal governance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years in Stock Broking / Wealth / Financial Services Sales.





- Proven track record of achieving & exceeding revenue targets

- Demonstrated success in handling and scaling a team

- Strong understanding of equity markets, AUM building, and cross-sell strategy

- Highly target-oriented with strong market connections.

Positive to have:

- Strong local client network in Trivandrum.

- Ability to push team productivity beyond baseline targets.

- Data-driven performance monitoring.

- Stability in previous roles with consistent growth.

- Can bring along 3-4 people's team.
