- Schedule Development: Prepare and maintain detailed baseline programs, recovery plans, and revised schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against planned milestones, capture execution data, and identify schedule deviations.

- Resource Optimization: Plan and forecast manpower, equipment, and material requirements to avoid project delays.

- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboard metrics, and Management Information Systems (MIS).

- Risk & Delay Analysis: Analyze potential schedule risks, conduct productivity analysis, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate project delays.
