He should support production

- To manage project schedules by timely providing welding documents (WPS, WML, Weld sequence etc.)
- On implementation of new weld procedures through coordination with all stake holders.
- Troubleshooting welding defects and production issues in office

He should support Design by providing technical inputs to optimize efforts put in for welding by analyzing following

1. Weld schedule requirements.
2. Joint configuration with best suitable welding process.
3. Weld Mechanization opportunities

Additionally he should support Procurement team by providing Vendor data with approved brand details, ensure seamless supply chain operations for project requirements & address quality issues of consumables.
