Role Objective
Own and close ultra-high-value luxury inventory with HNI / UHNI customers through structured storytelling, price anchoring, and decisive negotiation - driving rapid sell-out timelines post launch.
Ideal Pedigree (Non-Negotiable)
- 7-12 years of hardcore closing experience in luxury / ultra-luxury residential real estate
- Mandatory experience with Tier-1 luxury developers such as:
- Proven record of ₹100+ Cr closures personally handled
- Experience closing ₹5 Cr+ ticket sizes consistently (not one-offs)
What This Role Demands
- Complete ownership of handling site visits → negotiations → closure → booking
- Mastery over:
o Luxury buyer psychology
o Price justification without discount dependency
o Handling family influencers, CXOs, entrepreneurs, NRIs
- Ability to hold price under pressure and close with authority
- Zero reliance on senior management for routine negotiations
