Job Description – Executive - Inventory Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – Inventory Management to maintain accurate inventory records, process inventory transactions in SAP/ERP, perform stock reconciliation, and support production inventory operations. Candidates with hands-on experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment, preferably the jewellery industry, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Process inventory issue, receipt, and transfer entries in SAP/ERP.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and production transactions.
- Perform daily physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare daily inventory reports.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain inventory accuracy.

- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
