Role Overview and Expected Deliverables

The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting both functional and non-functional requirements for the delivery of Data Products. Business Analyst will also be responsible in creating the process maps for both As-Is and Future state. Business Analyst will help enhance how we collect, analyze, and manage data, improve business processes,
and support the development of digital and AI capabilities that drive efficiency and insights for Fund Management teams.

Core Requirements

Proven experience (at least 6-7 years) as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally Asset Management. Strong understanding of Private Markets including Real Assets, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit and Public Markets. Knowledge of fund structures (LP/GP, open/closed-end funds, co-investments,



feeder structures). Familiarity with capital calls, fund accounting, NAV, valuations. Experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, functional specs, and process maps. Robust data-driven mindset with analytics and automation exposure. Strong stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work across business and technical teams. Proficiency in Excel, SQL or BI tools. Delivery Approach & Ways of Working Agile delivery frameworks JIRA and Confluence- Cross-functional collaboration Experience & Other Strong communication and stakeholder management Self-starter with ability to work independently Experience working in Agile teams
