We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage store operations, inventory control, and material management for real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction material inventory, stock inward/outward, and material issue.
- Maintain stock registers, GRN, gate passes, and store documentation.
- Conduct stock verification, physical inventory, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and site engineers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Handle cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, hardware, finishing materials, and construction consumables.
- Maintain ERP/MIS records and prepare inventory reports.
- Minimize material wastage and stock discrepancies.




- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safety standards.
