- 6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Job Summary

Jumbo Bags is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in production, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing processes. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience while working with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.

- Learn and understand the company's manufacturing processes, quality standards, and operational procedures.

- Monitor production activities and ensure smooth workflow.

- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.

- Participate in quality inspections and ensure adherence to company quality standards.

- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth operations.





- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

- Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Polymer, Chemical, or a related discipline.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
