Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading development teams while designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
- Lead a team of developers by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and conducting code reviews.
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services following microservices architecture.
- Build responsive and reusable React components for modern web applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.




- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Experience in designing and implementing Microservices
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience building REST APIs
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns

- Docker and Kubernetes
