Job Description

Sitaram Jewels is a heritage luxury jewelry brand based in Adyar, Chennai. We are looking for a CRM Executive who can manage and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring a warm, personalized and consistent experience before and after every purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain detailed customer profiles, including purchase history, preferences, occasions and follow-up notes
- Handle timely and personalized client follow-ups after store visits, quotations and purchases
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to drive repeat purchases, referrals and client loyalty
- Ensure high-quality post-sales communication related to delivery updates, service, and client satisfaction
- Support planning and execution of client engagement initiatives such as previews, events and exclusive offers




- Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy.
- Prepare periodic CRM and customer insights reports for management review

Skills & Requirements

- 2-5 years of CRM or client relationship experience (luxury retail / jewelry / premium brands preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a polite, professional and customer-first approach
- MUST: Good command Spoken and written English +Tamil. Spoken Hindi is a plus.
- High attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Ability to handle premium clients with discretion, patience and maturity
- Chennai-based candidates preferred
