Job Description:

- Partnership Strategy & Business Development

- Develop and execute Nykaa's banking partnerships strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and onboard new banking partners across credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI, and loyalty ecosystems.

- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on customer relevance, commercial viability, and strategic fit.

- Lead commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and contract execution.

- Campaign Planning & Execution

- Conceptualize and launch co-branded marketing campaigns, card offers, instant discounts, cashback, reward point redemptions, EMI promotions, and exclusive partner propositions.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches and flawless execution.

- Own end-to-end campaign governance from planning through post-campaign analysis.

- Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned banking partners.

- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.

- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Category, Finance, Product, Technology, Legal,



CRM,

- Operations, and Analytics to drive successful partnership outcomes.

- Performance Management

- Track partnership performance against agreed KPIs including GMV, orders, new customer acquisition, payment mix, campaign ROI, and partner commitments.

- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.

- Present regular business reviews and growth plans to internal leadership and external partners.

- Commercial & Financial Management

- Own commercial negotiations including marketing investments, funding models, customer offers, and annual partnership plans.

- Monitor budgets, invoicing, partner funding, and commercial reconciliations.

- Ensure partnerships deliver profitable and sustainable growth.

- Market Intelligence

- Stay updated on industry trends across payments, fintech, banking, loyalty, and ecommerce.

- Benchmark competitor partnerships and recommend cutting-edge customer propositions.
