Key Responsibilities
• Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in HR compliance and documentation
• Support daily administrative tasks and HR projects

Requirements• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
