RequirementsRequired Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in SAP Payroll.
- Solid expertise in SAP HCM Payroll processes and testing.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Retro Payroll, and Payroll Validation.
- Experience testing custom ABAP reports and payroll-related developments.
- Knowledge of SAP test automation tools such as TOSCA or equivalent.
- Experience in Regression Testing, SIT, UAT, and Defect Management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
