Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Art Gallery

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to join a prominent art gallery in Central Delhi. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys interacting with clients and driving sales. While prior knowledge of art is not mandatory, an interest in learning about the art industry and working collaboratively with an experienced team is essential

Key Responsibilities

- Drive artwork sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collectors, corporate clients, interior designers, architects, and walk-in customers
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding customer preferences and providing personalized recommendation
- Work closely with the existing gallery team to plan and coordinate daily gallery operations
- Assist in planning and executing exhibitions, private viewings, and gallery events
- Ensure timely client follow-ups, invoicing, and post-sale support




- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
- Ensure the gallery is presented to the highest standards at all time
- Represent the gallery professionally and uphold its brand image
- Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment aligned with the gallery's culture

Requirement:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and client servicing
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and close sales effectively
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in planning gallery operations
- Skilled, presentable, and customer-oriented
- Prior experience in luxury retail, lifestyle, art galleries, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer-facing sales is preferred
- Knowledge of art is not mandatory;
training and guidance will be provided by the experienced gallery team
