We are Hiring for Accounts Receivable Specialist with Infojini

Location: India (Onsite )
Shift: Night Shift | 06:00 PM IST – 03:30 AM IST
Experience: 2–6 years (Global Accounts Receivable)

Role Overview
Infojini is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional with hands-on experience
in Global AR operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end receivables, ensure timely
collections, and support month-end closing while working with international clients and
stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes for global clients
• Handle invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
• Follow up with international customers via email and calls for outstanding payments
• Perform AR aging analysis and ensure timely closures
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Maintain accurate AR records and compliance with internal controls
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams for issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and global accounting standards





Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–6 years of experience in Global Accounts Receivable
• Strong understanding of OTC / AR lifecycle
• Experience working with US, UK, or other international geographies
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong communication skills for global stakeholder interaction
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Willingness to work in night shift (07:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST) / ( 6:00 PM - 3.30 AM IST )

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in staffing, IT services, or consulting industry
• Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS
• Prior exposure to audits and compliance requirements
