About the Role
We are building an English-language YouTube media company focused on premium documentary content for audiences in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and other English-speaking countries.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform research, scripts, and voiceovers into engaging documentary videos.
Responsibilities
- Edit 8–15 minute documentary videos.
- Source and organize licensed stock footage, graphics, maps, and animations.
- Create cinematic storytelling with smooth pacing.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, background music, and sound effects.
- Color correct and mix audio for a professional final product.
- Follow a consistent editing style across all videos.
- Deliver projects on schedule.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience editing YouTube videos.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,
or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with After Effects or similar motion graphics software is a plus.
- Good understanding of YouTube audience retention and storytelling.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback.

Experience editing content similar to:
- Business documentaries
- Technology documentaries
- History documentaries
- Mystery and investigative documentaries
Salary
