As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic team focused at offering optimum solutions to our customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support to Customers
Understand customer requirements, drawings, applications, and technical queries.
Suggest suitable Elesa+Ganter products based on application, dimensions, material, load, operating conditions, and availability.
Help customers identify correct product codes from catalogues, website, and internal product data.
Provide basic technical clarifications related to product selection, interchangeability, installation, and application suitability.
Coordinate with the Product Manager and parent company teams for complex technical queries, wherever required.
2. Quotations and Offers
Prepare quotations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Ensure correct item codes, descriptions, prices, discounts, lead times, freight terms, and quotation validity are mentioned.
Review customer enquiries and ensure that quotations are complete, accurate, and commercially clear.
Coordinate internally for stock status, lead time, special pricing, delivery feasibility, and customer-specific requirements.
Maintain proper quotation records and update enquiry / quotation status as required.
3. Customer Follow-up and Conversion Support
Stay in regular touch with customers after sending quotations.
Follow up for technical clarifications, pending decisions, revised requirements, and order conversion.
Support field sales team by providing quotation status,



technical inputs, and customer communication updates.
Identify reasons for lost quotations and share useful feedback with Sales and Product Manager.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with Sales, Inside Sales, Orders, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchase teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Coordinate for urgent enquiries, special items, imported items, stock availability, and dispatch commitments.
Support the Product Manager in improving product knowledge, quotation quality, and technical response standards.
5. Product and Process Knowledge
 Develop solid understanding of Elesa+Ganter product range, applications, catalogue structure, and coding system.
Keep product and application knowledge updated through catalogues, website, internal training, and guidance from the Product Manager.
Follow internal processes for quotation preparation, approvals, technical clarification, and documentation.
Help improve response time, accuracy, and professionalism in technical sales communication.
6. Website / Webshop Support to Customers
Guide customers on how to browse and search for products on the E+G website / webshop.
Assist customers in understanding product pages,



technical data, drawings, availability, pricing, and product variants available online.
Help customers identify the correct product codes and encourage them to use the website for faster product selection and ordering.
Support customers in placing orders through the webshop, wherever applicable.
Resolve basic customer queries related to webshop usage, login, product search, cart creation, order placement, pricing visibility, stock visibility, and order status.
Coordinate internally with the relevant team for webshop-related issues that require technical, system, or backend support.
Promote adoption of the E+G webshop by educating customers about its benefits, such as product availability, faster selection, technical downloads, and convenient ordering.

Who are you?
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed college
5-7 years of techno-commercial experience preferably in similar product lines
Willingness to Travel, whenever required
excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi
excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central) is preferred
