We are looking for a detail-oriented Export & Import Documentation Executive with 2–3 years of experience in international trade documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing export and import documents, coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping lines, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and supporting smooth shipment execution.
Prepare and verify export and import documentation, including:
o Commercial Invoice
o Packing Lists
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines,
and logistics partners.
· Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to customers, banks, and relevant authorities.
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in export/import documentation.
· Good understanding of international shipping and trade procedures.
· Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC), and international logistics.
· Robust proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
· Preferred Experience
· Experience in the textile, yarn, or apparel export industry will be an added advantage.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and export documentation software.
