Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality promotional, corporate, educational, and social media videos.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop compelling storytelling using visuals, sound, transitions, motion graphics, and animations.
- Perform advanced color correction, color grading, sound design, and audio synchronization.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), titles, and animated elements.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage multiple editing projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Organize and manage project files, media assets, and editing workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI-powered editing tools, and social media best practices.
- Mentor junior editors and ensure high creative standards within the team.

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong knowledge of After Effects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of qualified experience in video editing and post-production.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Media, or Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, promotional, and social media content.
