We are seeking an experienced IPDRG Quality Analyst (QA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in inpatient coding audits, ensuring coding accuracy, compliance with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG guidelines, and delivering high-quality audit outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits of IPDRG coding.
- Review and validate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG code assignments.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Identify documentation gaps and provide coding feedback.
- Conduct quality reviews and support coder development.
- Meet quality and productivity expectations.
Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in IPDRG Quality/Auditing and atleast 1 year into auditing
- CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) certification is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG methodology.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
