JB Ecotex plays a vital role in strengthening India’s circular economy.
Act as the single point of coordination with external intermediaries such as Practicing Company Secretaries, Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Auditors, Registrars C Transfer Agents, and Stock Exchanges for IPO and regulatory matters.
# Drive compliance actions across group companies and promoter offices, ensuring timely flow of information, approvals, documentation, and regulatory closures.
# Lead and mentor the Assistant Company Secretary, maintain statutory registers and ROC filings, ensure audit readiness, and advise the Board and Management on governance and regulatory risks.
