Job Title: Associate General Manager – Business Development

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate General Manager – Business Development to drive B2B insurance sales and expand corporate partnerships in and around Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in insurance sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business growth through channel and corporate acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage B2B business opportunities in the insurance sector
- Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and business partner
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales and business target
- Identify current market opportunities and execute business development strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
- Proven experience in corporate/business partner acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill.
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
