Profile Overview:
Learning and Development Associate at TravClan is a key role focused on helping employees grow and improve. The ideal candidate will create and deliver training programs, track employee progress, and build a culture of learning. This role involves working closely with different teams to make sure the training supports company goals and helps employees develop their skills for growth opportunities.
