skills & Qualifications

Qualification:
- Engineering degree preferably in Computer science or industrial streams from a reputed university.
- 1-2 years of Experience in User support, Incident handling and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with corporate working atmosphere.

Knowledge and capabilities:
- Working knowledge on SQL / Database query will be added advantage ( Innerjoins/outerjoins etc)
- Must have knowledge on Common standards followed in Ticket resolution.
- Communication skills to convince and influence all internal and external partners.
- DBA - experience with SQL.
