Must have:
- Education: Bachelor electrical/electronic engineering. Master’s degree in engineering or MBA would be added advantage
- 15+ years’ experience in electronics Procurement / Sourcing / component engineering / Electronics hardware design / Electronics industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of mechanical part manufacturing (molding, stamping) & printed/packing parts would be added advantage
- Experience in sourcing of electronic/electrical parts, product cost management, reverse auction, should costing & VA/VE activities
- Experienced working with cross functional teams

Good to have:
- Knowledge of outsourcing design, co-development, brand labelling & software purchasing
- Knowledge of purchasing legal agreements

Soft skills:
- Fluent in English and multi-cultural experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and high-matrix organization structure
- Flair for making decision with 70% of information
- Result oriented,
