Job Description:

Job Summary

The Company is looking for a practical, detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and inventory-related entries. The role requires hands-on experience in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems and basic exposure to manufacturing or trading accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP / Tally
- Handle Accounts Payable (vendor payments) and Accounts Receivable (customer collections)
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Support monthly closing activities
- Maintain purchase, sales, and inventory-related entries
- Track vendor outstanding and payment schedules
- Assist in preparing P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Coordinate with CA and auditors for compliance and documentation




- Maintain proper accounting records as per company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing / trading setup)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS compliance
- Hands-on experience in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP
- Basic to valuable Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility toward deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience handling inventory accounting
- Exposure to purchase accounting in manufacturing/trading
- Experience working with oil / FMCG / commodity businesses
