Zolve is hiring freshers with strong communication skills to support customer onboarding and activation for Zolve Credit Cards. This role offers hands-on exposure to fintech sales, customer engagement, and conversion-driven growth in international markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage and follow up with inbound and outbound leads via calls and WhatsApp
- Explain Zolve Credit Card features, benefits, and application process clearly
- Assist customers with application completion and onboarding
- Support card activation and encourage first transaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Adhere to communication guidelines and ethical sales practices
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- MBA Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
- Willing
