We are looking for someone with a good fundamental knowledge of the user centric design process, who can work with in house design and development teams to take projects from conceptualization to visual development.

Job Description;
- You will conceptualize creative new applications for pitches, and follow through with teams in Spadeworx and outside to make these a reality. This is an important part of your work; it should absolutely excite you to be able to make something from scratch, for something with no precedent.
- As a UX designer, you will represent the user to all teams involved at Spadeworx. You will be a touch point for both domestic and international clients, and translate their requirements into documentation which will guide all design and development activity.
- You will use your expertise to guide all the teams here through a user centric design and development process.
