We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant to gain a deep understanding of the current SAP Finance landscape, business processes, and operational challenges across existing plants, and translate these insights into recommendations for the SAP solution design for Plant 4.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams (FI, MM, and SD) to assess the current state, identify improvement opportunities, and help define a future-ready SAP template for the recent plant.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of TKM's Finance business processes and the existing SAP FI solution landscape.
Study historical P1/P2 incidents, map them to business processes, identify root causes, and assess business impact.
Understand business operations across existing plants and manufacturing environments, including applicable process variations.
Evaluate end-to-end SAP FI processes and their integration with SAP MM and SAP SD.
Understand TKM's organisational structure, plant landscape, and operating model.




Apply design-thinking principles to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation.
Recommend process, control, and system improvements that should be incorporated into the SAP template for Plant 4.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience, strengthen financial controls, and eliminate recurring operational issues.
Prepare and present actionable recommendations to business and project stakeholders to support the Plant 4 solution design.
Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and implementation teams during the assessment and design phases.
Required Skills & Experience
8–12+ years of SAP FI consulting experience with multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Closing, etc.).
Good understanding of integration between SAP FI, SAP MM, and
