About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic SaaS Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who combines robust hands-on digital marketing expertise with leadership capabilities and is excited to build and execute marketing strategies that directly impact pipeline growth and revenue.

You will work closely with the Vice President to develop and execute marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, optimize campaign performance, and eventually lead and grow the marketing team.

This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and inspire a team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Create and implement marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.





Demand Generation & Lead Generation
- Drive qualified lead generation through paid and organic channels.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Develop and execute email marketing and nurture campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates across landing pages, campaigns, and marketing funnels.
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs including CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.

Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee content strategy across social media, email marketing, website, blogs, webinars, and product campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Support product launches, feature announcements, and customer engagement initiatives.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Set goals, priorities, and performance expectations for team mem
