You will be the go-to consultant for SAM projects, you will be managing advisory and
implementation Services engagements for our clients.

• Presales (30%):

o Consultants will be responsible for delivering (and planning) pre-sales presentations;
based on an understanding of ITAM service design, service delivery, advisory and license
consulting services for software and IT asset management to our range of customers

o Assist in sales activities including customer demos, RFPs and other related initiatives

o Demonstrations of the product, both standard and customized based on need, to
prospective and existing customers

o Staying current on ServiceNow product developments/releases to a level required
for demo and POC/POV.

o Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the
products including business drivers and use cases etc

• Delivery (70%):

o Leading or supporting Advisory, Project and/or BAU activities

o Consulting services to support in ServiceNow SAM implementation, documentation,
configuration and other related services delivery activities

o Provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture and roadmap
