As a Quality Engineer, you will be a key driver of product reliability and release quality. You will collaborate with the Claims Manager software development teams, product owners, and operations team to ensure seamless platform enhancements through testing, defect resolution, and continuous improvement. By leveraging both automated and manual testing, you will safeguard data services, APIs, and integrations. Your ability to manage test planning, execution, and root cause analysis will streamline development processes and enhance overall product stability. Through strong collaboration and a commitment to learning, you will play a vital role in advancing quality engineering and delivering high-performing solutions.

What you will do

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for web, and/or enterprise software applications.




Ensure testing is aligned with both functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with QA team and foster a culture of quality across the team.
Contribute to design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
Perform manual testing when needed for complex scenarios or when automation is not feasible. Participate in exploratory testing and support the development of robust testing documentation.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and product owners to understand product features and requirements.
Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Work closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
Championing a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing testing processes, identifying areas for automation, and implementing improvements to ensure better product quality and faster time to market.
